888RC -05 on Santa Cruz Bullit
Hi, I've searched through the forums and there seem to be quite mixed views regarding putting 888s with 200mm travel on Bullits. I got a Santa Cruz Bullit -04 size Large and was wondering if it would work with 888RC 2005 with Marzocchis low-ride crowns? Have any of you ridden that setup or know if it will work?
I've also emailed Santa Cruz, but they havent replied. |

sure, it'll work, you'll just have a little more travel up front

I think you'll be fine.
With the stock crowns it makes for a pretty raked bike, but with the lowriders you should be good to go. I ride a large bullit with an 05 66 6" (about the same height as the 888 with low-riders) and it suits me just fine. |
