How long should it take!!
Im getting a new frame from Devinci under warranty. They had to paint one up for me and then it was sent 2 weeks ago today! How long should it take to get here from Quebec? Surely 2 weeks is strange. If this the norm for mail or courier or however they bloody sent it then the system sorta sucks dogs balls. Maybe its lost!!! Anyhow just frustrated, want my bike back.

it probably didn't ship on time. Try to get a tracking number from them

not sure if it was the dealer ,devinci ,the language thing or all of the above but it took us 9 months to get a FRD1 frame from devinci ... I hope things have improved

it was over the winter , late august to may so 5 of those months were not ridable up north and we sold the frame and got a scream anyhow .All those FRD1's broke ... that was a different time ,I know a dealer at the time who was considering dropping them BUT then he told me almost all the people he had to deal with changed

if it was sent Purolator Ground, for example, it could take 10 business days.

Are you from australia? If it is the case then it can take up to a month to get there. There are many sorting stations it will go thru before it gets to you. If they sent it already I wouldn't worry too much. You will get it very soon.

It was a Johnson but they dont make that one any more so they are sending an Ollie.(same frame different name)Hey that rhymed! Turns out they sent it a week later than they told the bike shop dammit.
