air supply
roughly how long does it take to get up to airsupply from the base of mountain highway.... i am assuming thats where you start in order to get to it ...

where do you guys leave a shuttle car in order to get back to mtn highway?

braemar rd area?

it wil be a first time i have gone up there so i apreciate the help

( not a newb to riding , just to fromme)

You just use one car to ride Fromme. Leave the car as high as Mill St, then ride up the highway to Air Supply (most people can get there comfortably within one hour). Then if you ride a trail down the hill that puts you back on to Bramear you ride east on that to Dempsey, then down Dempsey to Mtn. Hwy, then up two blocks to your car.

Enjoy, and if you're doing it in the near future be careful cause when it's wet it runs a bit slower so you have to pedal harder and the first bridge may be a bit tough (you're turning ever so slightly into it).
