Another music thread; do me a favor.
Leaving on friday for work, which means going away for ~5 months. I have ~14GB of music on my ipod now, which I'm fairly familiar with (my usual music library). I will get bored with this music quite quickly listening to it 2-10 hours a day for 120+ days in a row.
Thus, I need 5-15GB more music before I leave. I have pretty damned expansive music tastes, so I should be able to enjoy just about anything suggested. If you were going to recommend one album (gotta do albums at the moment, not enough time to pick and choose individual songs to fill up that much space), what would it be. If you could post one album in the format Artist - Album Style/type of music and/or why you like it. It would be a big help. Thanks all!

De La Soul - The Grind Date
Super good hip hop, every single track is a banger. I've been listening to the album for over a year now (I listen to alot of music, probably 6+ hours a day), and still not bored of any of the songs. Sort of old school rapping styles, with some really catchy and memorable lines

MF Doom - MM...Food?
Hip Hop, I don't know if you're familiar with Doom but he has a very flowy style and very good beats accompany his music, usually courtesy of Madlib. |
