I'll be there racing the DH. I can't wait. I've ridden the course once before on my hardtail, and looking forward to racing there in a month!

I'm planning on it. Wonder how they are going to re-route the course since some of it was logged.

I wonder if a DH bike is a little overkill for that course. If I recall, it was quite pedally.

apparently the section that got logged will have a new line cut thru it. the company that did that logging has a family member that is a heavy duty xc rider and that has helped w their understanding of the need to rebuild that trail.

local rumor has it it will be recut pretty quickly..

as far as a big bike goes Its a dh it does have some peddaling spots but they are pretty high speed.

shuttlewhores are welcome to camp in my yard/basement if need be..

Its a pedally course for sure, but its still a DH course. The perfect bike would probably be a light 6" bike with aggressive angles and a good 6-7" fork. I'm probably going to race it on the Team DH.
