error readin codec
this message appears when I try and play some .avi movies in windows media viewer. I download them from video section on lime wire but it only audio comes up and says error reading codec. how do i see the video?

download the missing codecs, if it's an illegal movie, it's probably a divx codec...

goto downloads and download the FREE codecs, they work perfectly fine, don't install any toolbars! If that doesn't fix the problem, it'll be a different codec, you'll have to find out which one, then get it online.
