Help me build a cheap DV editing puter
So I'm looking to start trying my hands at some editing of the DV. The best part is I'm going cheap for a change. Looking to spend around 1100 with a decent monitor if possible and of course want the most bang for my buck (insert gw joke here).

I've been out of touch with most aspects of computing lately but I was looking at this a-power machine but just not sure about the integrated everything. I'm used to having nothing integrated so I'm turning to you peoples. Also, If i somehow save the cash or dont buy a new frame, I might get this one which looks like a no brainer - just need a nice monitor.

I'm sorry - I should've specified I'm not mac friendly. Never have been and really dont see what all this mac-fuss is about.
