oh yea. I love the sound of the rc211v..
Those camera angles they were playing with were real intsting. The one on the bottom of the bike by the front wheel, that captured the crash. was amazing.

My Dad's down there right now. He and his friend have been following the moto GP for the last 4 races, he jsut got back to North America from Europe where he went to the races in Rome, Barcelona and Holland. I wish I could have gone with, apparently all the racing has just been amazing.

Nice first win for Hayden - Edwards and Rossi just couldn't get up to him. Good to see him finally pull one off. That track is nutty on bikes, holy crap.

I was there Saturday and Sunday.... soooooooooooo amazing to be right there. Those bikes are gnarly in person. Nicky rocked it hard, Rossi just couldn't close the gap and it slowly widened.

Now the real test is to see if Nicky can back up his first win with more wins back in Europe. I really like the kid and it's great to see him win his first on home soil, but I still don't see him as a regular contender at the front of the pack. He may be able to hang with the front runners for part of the race, but Rossi will have him covered in the dying laps.
Too bad Edwards got such a crap start otherwise he might have been able to run with Nicky and make the race more interesting. By far the worst thing about watching at home was that Speed used the AMA commentators instead of the usual British commentators that normally announce the MotoGP races. Freddie Spencer is annoying to listen to
