Does anyone know?

Does anyone out there know anyone who works at the rocky warehouse?
If so can you ask them why it is taking them so freaking long to ship my frame?

It been 2 weeks. I only live in courtenay. THey have them in stock.
I thought it would go down like this,

Day one: Rocky receives call, frame broken needs new one has money, fill out paper work, send order to warehouse.

Day 2: Warehouse monkey recieves paperwork, finds box that says RMX R3 on it, calls courier. Courier picks it up and takes it to courier dispatch warehouse.

Day 3: Dispatch send box on truck on ferry, truck drives up island and drops off box at bike store.

Done.

But it's more like this.

Day one: Rocky recieves call, frame broken, need new one, has money, f*ck him and his horse, he can wait.

Day 2: Nothing

Day 3: Nothing

Day 4: Hey i found this slip here that says some guy in courtenay needs a new frame, oh well f*ck him.

Day 5: Holiday

Day 6: Weekend

Day 7: weekend

Day 8: MOndays suck, lets do nothing

Day 9: I wonder how mad this dude that is waiting for his frame is getting.

Day 10: We're a big company, we dont need to keep customers happy.

Day 11: Nothing

Day 12 Today: STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty soon it's gonna be

Day 65: Some guy came in with ak47 came and killed everyone and took a bike frame.

Sorry, I'm jsut ranting here, No bike and all this waithing is making me a little bit anxious.

Beat this one,the devinci max snapped in august ,got the new frame about 9 months later ...you could concieve and have a child faster than devincis warranty service.Having said that I understand almost everybody you would deal with at devinci has been changed

It took me 6 days to send/receive my Fox shock back from Cycleworks in Edmonton. Send it overnight, they'll return it overnight. Nothing I've had in for repair/warrenty has taken over 10 days and that includes Norco, Raceface, and Manitou, but then again... I've never tried to warrenty a 2002 SuperT/JrT crown

The only time I dealt with Rocky for warranty, it was done in less than a week.

Wheeler,

That's a drag. I found the crack on my Switch frame around the same time as you found the one on your frame. Rocky has already shipped a replacement (the wrong one) and had it sent back. Good luck with Rocky.

That's shitty.

These companies seem to have forgotten how they got to be where they are now.
