Has anybody noticed (I'm certain I'm not the only one) how blatantly right-wing this show is? For a show that's supposed to be all about conspiracies and the gov'ts shadowy dealings, there's an awful lot of red-state rhetoric going on. Just tonite in 5 mins I heard that Al-Qaeda's on the run and that most of their Afgani camps are destroyed and that they're now using the web for disseminating information. And I heard some crank from NY go on about the Red Chinese threat to national security, I mean come on.

I love listening to that right wing tinfoil hat stuff, especially the Art Bell show. Especially at night, driving through Nevada and places like that. Not too long ago I drove the "ET Highway" north out of Vegas, past Rachel ("The Black Mailbox"). I'd walked up to Freedom Ridge before, so I didn't stop, but it was a black, clear night.

"West of the Rockies, you're on the air..."
"Yeah Art, I'm calling from my cell phone. I'm in a private plane, and I'm going to land at Area 51."
"Now wait a minute, that's a suicide mission. They're authorized to use deadly force."
"I don't care Art. I want to know the truth."
"Don't do something crazy - turn around before it's too late!"
"I can see the base. They must know I'm here. Wait. There's a narrow beam of light. It's getting brighter! It's...it's..."
(DIAL TONE)

LOL. I love that stuff. It walks a nice line between pro wrestling and "WWII Bomber Found on Moon"

I work nights, its always a mix of CFOX and Coast to Coast in the hanger...it cracks me up!
