2002 Super T Pro ( broken arch )

hey guys, I've heard I could be able to take my 2002 Super T Pro Stantions ( 30mm ) and the internals and stick them into an older ( 2000, 2001 ) Z.1 lowers becuase they too had 30mm stantions tubes. Has anyone attemped this or know someone that has succeeded or failed? This would give re-birth to my Super T and give me some extra strength with the addition of a Bolt-on Arch!

Well, it wouldn't be a direct swap that's for sure. The "depth" of the lowers is different. ie. the footnuts on your super are right at theh bottom whereas they are recessed an inch or so on the Z1. To get the necessary overlap you would have to reduce the travel.

no, he trade his fork for a broken one.

you might have to try and find a broken fork from 2002 or 2001 like a dj, or even a z5. you can salvage the arch off of that and use it on your super t. i've done it befor.

the fork feels great, i traded it and the kid also gave me 300 cash and some brake stuff so its all good. i expected to brake it, im gonna get a new arch somehow for the summer. Andrew, youll have to show me how to do this.
