this crown is made with a manual milling machine and some very skilled hands.

Looks great. One question though, given the length of the steerer tube couldn't you have made the crown with less drop? Would seem a lighter/stronger/cleaner set-up.
Regardless I'm quite impressed, some of the homemade monster crowns I've seen out there are hideous.

ya the crown looks like its a HUGE drop...but i actually moved the lower crown and havent fixed it yet...so it looks funny

Tony would have to machine the crowns and press in a steer tube. Don't know if that would be much cheaper.

ya i looked into it...its better to just buy one...i dont know the sizing that they use or the clearance and i espically dont have a good enuf press to press it in straight
