A2Z Disk Brake Adapter for frames without disk mount, anyone try one?

I have an older Ti HT that I would like to put a disk brake on.

if the frame isnt designed for the stress caused by a hydraulic brake i personally wouldnt put that on my bike.

Rocky Cycles in Surrey has those. Atomic Bike Shop in Kits, has Aztec stuff too.

yup... not worth it. even accidnetally falling backwards with the brakes on could be enough.

unless you have a steel frame, then take it out to Mike Truelove in squamish and get it done properly with a brace

Craig,

A couple things about that one, it only works with certain dropout types/shapes. If you roll backwards with the brakes on it will rotate rewards.

Of course you know why I'm telling you this....give me a call/email

not a fan of this. if you search ebay, there are disc mounts with a torque arm that will attach to the existing canti brake mount on the seat stay, a much better way of retrofitting for rear tabs. only 30us if i recall.
