What should I do with the lean ground beef?

Besides not eat it

What's easy enough to do but maybe something different?

Suggest away...links are good

Interesting. Rinsing can reduce the fat a huge amount, yet retain the nutrition apparently.

once and a while a burger is good;
I usually add the following for some good taste:
- chipotle paste
- egg white
- 4 tspoons of freshly ground pepper

cook them up, and add a few slices of avocado and feta cheese on top, and steam until the cheese is melted.
damn tasty, even for a burger.

I'd make a giant meat sauce out of it myself.

Beef, sausage, green+red peppers, onions, celery, garlic, canned tomatoes, bannana peppers, chilli's, hotsauce, red wine, spices.

Fry with onions and spicey peppers, then simmer for 45 mins in tomato sauce and eat over a bowl of rice. Amazingly easy and good

Sounds tasty but I'd replace the rice with pasta.
