north shore sports swap??
has anyone ever put their bike up for sale here? any luck? im not having much luck with the pinkbike groms, and i need to sell it sooner rather then later.. any opinions/comments would be appriciated.. thanks guys..

They are good guys there and I've scored some great deals.
When you consign with them they take 30%. Quite a chunk, but at least it's hassle free compared to taking calls, showing the bike, haggling and all that.
I would say Dave is the best guy to talk to.

selling a 2002 chumba wumba.. zulu dh.. its in awesome shape, been taken care of.. i bought it off cheryl .. im only selling because i need money now i figure ill build up a smaller bike i can flick around for next season to work on getting some actual skills hahaha..
i realize its the 'off season' , and im thinking maybe i can hold out a little longer.. and maybe stick it back in the buy and sell for more money..

Currently Dave is not taking on any new bikes to sell unless they are a REALLY good deal. Some un-named pro dropped off a Schley signature model switch with a z150 all xtr, saint, xt with cross max wheels all for 2500. Thought it was a good deal.

Just go in and talk to him he is a good guy, but in case you don't know, Sport Junkies in Port Moody has a lot more bikes and more traffic.

They take 30% up to $100, at least that was the case last year when I sold both my bikes within a week.

Support those guys, they're good shit. The only deal on the shore for used.

If you are realistic about used Mountain Bike Gear from
the Shore and are willing to spend some time finding what
need, I think it is a wonderful resource.

That little shop has kept me in wheels when I couldn't afford
to stay riding otherwise.

I recommend them.
