I just got back from this movie and I have to say that it's the funniest movie I have seen in a long time. I laughed till I cried. Everything that the marionets (sp) do is freakin hilarious, even walking (which looks like someone walking without bones).

Even if you're not a fan of Mat Stone's and Trey Parker's work, see this movie for the great soundrack and the sex scene.

They had to change that sex scene just so the movie'd make R. When it was filmed differently (read: position other than missionary) it was NC-17. Yet, the ratings board has no problems with all kinds of other puppet decapitations and such.

Yah, I read that it was changed. And trust me, it includes everything way past missionary - hell things I never thought possible. So I have no idea what the other versions were like as I don't see it possible to make the sex scene any more "hardcore."

Seen the trailers, looks good. It's on our rental list - since we can't get to the flicks. IMO they should have made the Thunderbirds movie, using the original puppets, instead of humans...

Its 18+, we were 17 so they wouldn't sell us tickets at the desk so we had to buy them from the computer things.

no way, i'm 5'5" and 17 and i bought one at the desk. i guess despite being really short, i look older...

i guess it's different everywhere, too.

It really depends on who is working the desk, thats the second time thats happened. Most of the time we have no problems.
