Good and Bad news for Peru megavalanche
Hey all, well we have some good news and some bad news about the upcoming Megavalanche in Peru.
The good news is that the organizers claim that a few big names like Peaty and Fabian are coming down for the event. Unfortunately to accommodate the schedules of these guys the Race has been moved forward to the end of January. While this will be cool for most people, this side of the Andes will be in full rainy season and will not be the riding paradise it is for most of the year. Due to these changes we are not going to be able to run our 2 week trip leading up to the race but instead will be running the same style trip around July next year (coinciding with US summer break), which will lead up to a Killer Urban Assault of the kind you wont see anywhere else in the world. We are talking 1300 ft drop over 1

Jeez, man! That is some urban terrain if I have ever seen any - I'd have a hard time pulling myself to the trails if I lived in that city.
![]() Hope it all goes well for the event in Jan. - you never know when Mother Nature will be forgiving and smile instead of frown upon you.
