Dragon Warranty

Has anyone ever dealt with Dragon for sunglass warranty? I have a pair that's in two pieces right now. I still have the receipt but they're over a year old (warrantied for one year only). Are they fairly leniant with their policy or are they hardasses who I should not waste my time with?
