Norco/Marz warrenty
Just got my fork back from warrenty, and I must say that im VERY impressed.
Friday 4:40pm the courier picks up my fork, destined for Norco. Next friday @ 4:37pm I get a call from my shop that my fork has come in from warrenty and I can pick it up. Less than a week total time. Now thats what I call service. Of course, using your imagination while coming up with packing material helps a lot! Rob @ Norco rules. |

Interesting... I guess the case of beer means they cut 2 weeks off the time to "repair" the fork. It took 3 weeks before I got my fork back from warranty (new crown/stanchion assembly). Or maybe they were just busier about a month ago...

you never mentioned you are on the SS Coast that cuts 2 more days off for shipping.
Is it possible there is some form of man love going on there?

Yeah living close helps a lot... My fork is getting warranty work as we speak but living in Maine and shipping to cali is just brutal. Adds a week

Lucky you! After Norco saying they'd give me crash replacement on my dj3. I sent it into them, and after a month of waiting, gave them a call and they said they weren't going to do anything. And that is why now I have a Flick!
