FSA pig...

count your heasdset problems a thing of the past...

if your headset is giving u issues dotn even bother trying to fix it... its not worth it...

the Pig is so affordable under 30$ most everywhere... and its the cats ass...

sounds like your current headset needs regreasing thou...it would appear the current lube has broken down...

so i took it apart, i dont know how to explain it but, the sealed bearing cartridge where the bearings sit came apart, thus spilling the grease inside of it,

so now my question is, whats their warrantee like because it is only a few months old with no heavy riding on it

headsets dont normally have warrentys.

kinda sounds like you over tightened it and ruined the bearings...

warrenty is probbbly on the cups only, not the bearings.

and the cartrige blowing up would be caused by overtightining it ...
