dont drink and drive thread. revised.

We were coming home a party and we see an accident. we pull over, get out and theres my buddy lying on the ground with some injuries (firemen wouldnt tell us what). we find out that a drunk driver drove his car into a house, my friend being the passenger.
pretty unreal. dont drink and drive folks

One of the many reasons drinking is REALLY stupid. My reality is fucked up enough without adding shit like that to it.
I have had family members die becuase of that shit....one of the million reasons I dont drink or do drugs.....fuck people, its stupid, just stupid.

Every time I see a certain friend of ours out, smashed, I tell him not to drive home, but he does anyways. driving drunk is the dumbest thing you can do, so many people do it now.

Better add dont drink and ride either, Ive done some stupid stuff doing street pizzed, not big and not clever especially when you get in the shower next morning and find all the cuts you never realised happened

My kayaking buddy lives next door to the local firestation, and I always see some green blankets drying in the wind. I asked him one day what they were, and he said that they were only used to cover dead bodies in road traffic accidents, kinda made me think.......... what a waste of life

most homes were i live are no more than a 15 minute walk form the farthest bar. you'd be surprised how many people still drive home shitfaced.
