22mm adaptor

I think I saw a thread about this , but cant seem to find it .
I need a rear 22mm to I.S. adaptor. My old School CC/FS has this antiquated setup.
Cheapest I found was $38 from Bikeroom, anyplace (Vancouver or online) cheaper?
Or does anyone have one.? Not a real common piece ,I know.
Most LBS's give me the "we can order one" schtick,and we all know how that goes.
Help me please!!!!!!!!

Call a Fisher or Cove dealer as they used the 22mm set up and would be the most likely to have an adapter.
