Question FOX REPS IN THE HOUSE???

I am having a hell of a time getting any of my LBS's to track down a bushing kit for my Fox Vanilla R coil-over on my DBR X-6.
The spacing on my linkage is 55mm. & it's an 8mm bolt.
Was going to toss a Vanilla RC on it, but the frame won't allow for the reservoir.

I guess what I need to know is...AM I FUXXORED??? Do I just need to get a new shock?

A fox RC will fit with res. back/up and the spacer are 52mm x 8mm, try to get the one piece Dh axle kit, it'll last longer. Do you have the longer travel plates too? A 7.875 i21 works ok with them or do what I did and use stock plates drlled with lower holes on the plates with 7.5 i2i shock. I think 6.75" i2i is stock lenght.

IFO - my roomie works for Raleigh/DBR & has tried to get his hands on one, but hasn't had much luck...yet.
I've actually tossed some temp. spacers (aka - washers) to fill small gaps. It works, but it's a temporary thing.

Buzz - roomie was adamant that the RC would not fit in there - they've had some warranty issues w/ those in the past. Frame came w/ 4-5" linkage, but buddy that had same frame (mine's M, his is L) w/ 5-6" link that he hooked me up with. I like it @ 6", so I really don't want to stretch it out more. I think I have the specs floating around @ work...will check tomorrow.

I thank you both for your input!

Yeah forgot to mention the long plates with 7.875 fox RC takes some easy modifications to make it fit by clearing above where the two seatmast tubes meet. The spring originally hits the tubing there
