Hey guys/gals,

I'm looking for someone with experience in web design and who has a good sense of design style to build the Canadain Nicolai web site.

Flash know how is a must.
HTML coding skills is a must.

Isn't HTML coding a given if someone is a webdesigner?

Flash is EVILLLLLLLLLllllll....if used in large quantities.

I'm not a big fan of Flash too. It limits access to users with slower internet connections. Why would you wait a couple of minutes if your on a 56K modem to see a website. But flash is good when it's integrated with a HTML site.
