its for cheap teenage kids with ricers. Some european (sp?) cars have on big windsheild wiper in the middle, thats timed, and set perfectly to wipe the rain of your window.

Some ricer's take off one windsheild wiper, and set the other one in the middle to go all the way from one end to the other. Just to make there car look expensive. But in reality, it makes it more dangerous, and its just stupid.l
