661 Full Bravo 2 Helmet
So, i'm looking at getting that http://www.bikeroom.com/product.cfm?ProductID=248 .
I'm like 23.5'' (forehead to back of head)... anybody has experience with those helmets..not sure if i should go for the x-large deal or pay more and get a large that will fit. (im not even 100% sure it will...so just tell me wether your huge head fit into a xl )

I have a large that doesnt fit me very well, its too small. Im not sure how big my head is (theres alot of stuff to keep inside) but it is quite large. Sixsixone helmets fit small, as is my understanding.

I have a Medium Full Bravo Carbon, and it's a little short in the ears, but fits GREAT.

I don't remember the exact size, but I fall right in the middle of the "Medium" setup. The Full Bravo (and the Carbon) are different from the Full Bravo 2 though.

Yeah, I was looking at one at my LBS, and it said large, but with my mop of hair, it fit realy snug, not comfy at all, but I realy liked the look/quality,I just dunno about their sizing

Does anyone know if the 661 comp is crap??
It's gotten pretty cheap on airbomb and I'm just wondering if I should keep looking for a 661 Full Bravo, or will the comp do?? |

Comp isn't crap. It's big, but it's not crap. If you're strapped for cash, roll with the Comp.

the Comp is a lighter strength version of the Bravo...
think of it as the type of FF a DS/4X racer would wear... its gunna provide face protection but at the expense of weight adn strength.... i've noticed the helmet is rather flexible... u can really bend the hell out of it without much force... if you can afford the full bravo i'd go that route...its gunna provide better protection in the long term... |
