how do i get here

i know that the shore trails are in the mountains around vanvouver and ive seen the trails on videos and heard much about them my dad is retireing this summer and has said he'd take me and my friends up to whistler and a bunch of stuff in canada. One of the places i want to go is to the shore, i know the trails are near vancouver and that they are spread out, i have no idea how to find them though! directions and possibly a decrpition of the trails you are directing me to would be nice. thanks guys.

PM me or just reply. we will be going in summer so it's not the urgent but i'd like to know so we can start planning somewhat soon.

No posting directions to trails on the BB. See if you can make a friend that knows the trails and they'll serve as your trail guide.

^ yah, or check out a good shop like cove or whatever, if they can tell you are a serious rider they will hook you up with help finding the good stuff most likely, it is a lot easier to figure out than it seems, i was intimadated before i came out there this summer but it turns out to be no different than any other popular riding destination.

Maps are available at most bike stores plus they can give you tips on where to ride.

Map of Fromme online at www.nsmba.bc.ca
www.mtbr.com has trail reviews of most of the north shore trails.

Once on the mountains it's very easy to hook up with other bikers for specific information. some of the trails are extremley busy

I can hook up with you guys to show you around on some of the mountains. I know a bunch of trails starting at beginner stuff you could ride on a road bike (in terms of smoothnes in the ground and the lack of stunts) up to stuff that still scares me (Ladders higher than 13 feet high and the likes). If there is a trail I don't know well, I know other people that most likely do that would be able to take you for a ride
