STOLEN BIKE LEAD

I have recently come across what appears to be a very interesting lead on the fellow that attempted to steal my bikes. Take a quick read, here.

I got both bikes back the same day I made that post. The story behind this is very interesting. Here is the sequence of events:

police dont do shit. and im not kidding AT ALL. apparently eye witnesses arent good enough. i've been lied to told the fuck off ignored given the run around and genuinely treated very poorly by all of the officers involved in my bike theft.

Maybe when looking for a "neutral spot" look for one with a security camera so you have reference material if anything does happen.

I'm glad to hear you got your bikes back safe and sound. It pisses me off and probably everyone else on here when peoples bikes get stolen. When i first read your post, i though what nerve the guy had to steal the bikes from your place, especially considering it was alarmed. It shows how stupid theifs can be when they steal bikes and then walk down the street in plain view with them.

Glad to hear you got your bikes back. If anything does happen again, you so need to put that guys addy on here so we can all be paying him a visit. I sure know I will be if it happens again.

When the cop talked to us about Cam's stolen bike, and we told her how much it was worth, she was like "No, this is a very serious crime. Theft over $5000, you can get in a lot of trouble for that"

They weren't too concerned at all.

It's good you got your bikes back, and good that you know where the guy lives. As much as everyone will be all "Beat the shit out of em!" I know I wouldn't be able to start anything with anyone like that. Just think rationally, as we can see you are with the Wife and kids thing.

Dude just give his address anyways. What if anyone on here lives close by? They should be able to protect themselves too. If you live on the shore you owe it to me and anyone else who lives here.

Mods: I'd really appreciate it if you could sticky this for a week. There's some usefull information here for both victims of theft, and potential targets. I'd like to be able to keep it front and center for about a week, to keep the word out.

I hope the Balfa owner got his bike back. Strangley when I alerted him with the info he didn't seem to interested in getting it back.

Also when I looked over the bike thiefs other items for sale on Ebay it was all Car audio, mostly subs and amps obviously hot as well.

I hope this guy gets whats coming to him
