If any of you programm in c++ can you help me out....Im trying to make a random number generator to generate 3 numbers, the highest being 3 lowest being 1......the numbers can show up any way... 1 2 3....2 2 3....1 1 3....3 3 3...etc hopefully you can help me out thanks

yeah all i know is a little quick basic. Stupid old q basic. all cause my teacher at school wont get up to date.

its called info tech...its learning to program basically. I usually just play games all class

He gave you the function - you should be able to use your brain and look up how to use the function.

This creates a random number between 1 & 3.

#include <iostream.h>
#include <stdlib.h>

void main(void)
{

int RandomNumberForNewb;

RandomNumberForNewb = 1 + rand() % 3;

cout << RandomNumberForNewb << endl;
