bonded means whether or not you are willing to go into the back stockroom with the manager and take it up the ......


Seriously though, getting bonded is like getting insured to carry cash I think. Basicaly, if you have a criminal record you are not eligble to be bonded.

You can have a criminal record and still be bondable, but convictions for things like theft, fraud and the likes you may not be eligible. Most company just have a group bond over all the employees, rather than individuals
