Capital Punishmen (NBR)

hey. i have to write a paper on why capital punishment is wrong and i cannot think of anything to write, i need some supporting points and i also have to disprove hte arguement that capital punishment is right. any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

write about how that kid is gonna die because he was a pot dealer and killed someone. (he claims innocence) then describe the family's pain.

it is wrong, how does capital punishment make u any better then them, say someone killed someone, then they sentanced to death, whoever kills the murdurer is no better then them....they did the same thing, i dont know im kinda rambling but it makes sense to me

write about all the people who have had their convictions overturned. then ask how we can make it right if someone is found not guilty after they are killed

The milgaard case was where a guy was locked up for 30 or so years and then was released after they did dna testing. We woulda been screwed if we toasted the guy.

all sorts of them. there would be more if anyone gave a damn about your average poor black guy.

if police decide you are guilty, they act accordingly, and use any means nessasary to get enough evidence for conviction.

obviously not all the time, but alot more than most would like to admit or even think about

well it kinda makes sence...cuz all the prison inmates get is food 3 times a day and like an hour or 2 outside the icolated cell....it shouldnt be that much to keep an inmate in ther for life...
