Fox Big Hit Valving

alright, im back on a fs, but im still blowing shock like crazy. on my old rm6 i had to rebuild it 8 times im one summer, now on my shore it blew after 5 rides. ive almost had it with fox. now, im thinking of one last try with the big hit valving. what exactly do they drill out and did it actually keep the shock from blowing so much, or do they still go?
i wonder if an avy would treat me better, but if i can save the 700 for that shock and could get away with the valving and service for 200 id be happy too.

it's different valving ports the old ones were kidney shaped and the v/v could get sucked through it now there just a series of holes give the same flow rate as the kidney shaped ones.read:more holes just smaller.call them, there really nice people there.
