If im correct dianies (sp) started the whole hard schell design out and so forth. Frist 661 stold the idea now roach. I guess you throw a few extra straps on the pads and call them your own?

None the less they look good.

Hardshell pads have been around for many moons, there junior. Think before you speak, but those roach pads do look good.

FYI - Dianese are the new boys on the block, not the 'originators"

Core Rat pads predate the dianese by a few years.

hoots pads are the real shit though.

I have a hardshell set of Core Rat pads that I snagged from Angie that are at least 8 years old now. Probably a little older.

Now if you was an engineer and designing a human body, wouldn't you make shins have a fatty pad all down the front? And toe nail kinda stuff armouring it? And fully retractable nads? I mean really, who designed us? that oughta be warrantee

I'm still digging my new Indy's, the one with the knee stabiliztion and airflow channels. Got them thru warrenty for my old Indy's they are a better pad.

This is kinda lame..

Its like saying "what about all the companies that copied the "full suspension" concept".

The sport is evolving, and so is the gear. It just so happens that hard shell armour is one of the better pieces of equipment for what we do.

Look at hockey...They used to wear pieces of leather and no helmets for God's sake...Now they have moved on to hi-tech armour like we are beginning to do.

It is not so much an issue of "copying" as it is discoveringa type of armour that works and refining it to work even better.
