Question How do you do a no-hander?

Okay, I've seen guys pulling no-handers and now I want to do them! How much height do I need? Do I just let go? Should I try a one-hander first?

C'mon, help a brothah out.

You need just enough height.
Any other questions?

Yes.
Is that good enough?

trick is to pinch when your bike levels out then throw your hands off, dont pinch right when ya hit the lip. I got messed up on this i was trying to do it like a no footer. Like right when i hit the lip i would tkae my feet off but with a no hander you gotta level out first.

i would go with one hander first to build the "mental block"

i still cant even try pulling a no hander since i m scared but i have more courage to even think,"should i pull this time?" than when i didnt do one handers.

i think bulding the one hander upto suicide then start doing small no handers then making em bigger should do.

btw pros, what if the handle bar tweaks when i take my hands off, causing me to bail big time?

also how bout if i get the hands back on the bar in time?

i guess no pain, no gain.

i mastered one handers first. then i just thought what the hell and chucked both hands off one day. just make sure you pinch the seat and throw the hands off sort of late inthe air so you dont go all crazy.

If your bar turns when you take your hands off, it's not really a big deal, just grab the bar in the position it is in, and turn it back.

what if i cant grab it at the landing when the bar turns?

also what would be a great practice for learning it?

i learned small one-handers off curbs but suicide is just too sketchy and i cant land most of them with hands returned to the bar.

so maybe off small 2-3 ft high jumps?

alright

Then you suck and shouldn't be trying them if you can't grab your bars, seriously how hard is it to grab your bars? So if you're bad enough not to be able to qwickly grab your bars even though they are off to the side, well then bad for you.

If u land with your bars sideways and no hands on your bars u will eat it really bad. Its kind of a dumb question. Figure it out. Just take your hands off and if u eat it u eat it. Get up and try it again
