Avid Mechanical Disc Brake Replacement Pads

I was looking for the best deal on Avid Replacement Pads (B3 or C-4) online when I noticed that there were these new pads that I had never heard of - EBC. Has anyone used these new EBC pads? If so, did you like them better then Avid's B3 or C-4 pads? Would you recommend them?

Almost forgot. Here's EBC's website:
www.ebcbrakes.com

I would probably be getting the Red Compound over the Green or Gold.

get the EBC...

no one makes pads that can even touch em...

every other pad makers brake pads are average compared to a set of EBC golds....

i ran the EBC golds on my Avid mechs and loved em... in fact i now run EBC gold pads in all my brakes...

i've tried all kinds of other pads and they eithe rsuk'd or were simply average at best....

i strongly suggest u get a set... in fact get 2 sets...

EBC are not the easiest pads to get...

u can try your LBS to see if they deal with a EBC supplier...

Hrelp here on the BB has a line on getting em direct outa the UK, and they still work out much cheaper then buying em from some bike shops...

such as Ontop, how want like 80$+ for a frt or rear set....

iif your interested give him a PM im sure he will pass along teh contact info...
