Riding From World Cup Down To Fromme Trails...?

hey I'm wondering if after I'm done volunteering at the World Cup is there a road or something that I can take to go down and have a rip down fromme on the way back? I'm busing so it's not hard to ride from the top of fromme to the Lonsdale SeaBus. It's all downhill, done it tons of times.

I'm wondering if there's an access road that I can take to go from the top there (say....the rental shack) over to the trails (say...Upper Oilcan).

yeah the gravel road that runs up fromme goes all the way uo.. so ride down the gravel road and youll find stuff eventually(quite a ways down)

im sure there's more than one gravel road i'm pretty sure. what should i be asking for in terms of directions when I'm up there? I dont wanna say "yea im gonna go ride some illegal trails now"...but rather id like to ask "ya where is ____________ ?" (fire acces road???)

ride down expo and stay on the gravel rode .. i did it last year

We are going to ride up to the races that way. I've never been past the 7th switchback before. How much longer is it until you get to the top, and is it obvious where I'm going?

Cam have u been volunteering yet? cause i've been up there for since monday, what are u doing up there? I don't think they are gonna let us bring our bikes up this year unlike last year. I'm gonna ask tomorrow to see if we can just once but i dunno if we will be allowed to. Yah if we can all you have to do is follow the access road down.

im doing the course marshalling for the XC course

i'll be the heterosexual male. i'll have a vlack volcom hat, jeans, globe mojos with red laces, and prolly my westbeach t shirt. i dunno about a jacket. i dont even own one. if its raining i'll go buy one lol

If it's raining i'll be wearing a leaver 2000 poncho, a fur hat, and jeans. If it's sunny i'll be wearing blue shorts and some other clothes and still mabe the fir hat.

There's only one gravel road down.. many switchbacks. You're best bet is to take Executioner (off the 6th) / Lower Bitches which spits you out near the top of Lonsdale and blast straight down to the Seabus. Say high to the On Pot Bike Shop boys on Upper Lonsdale and Dizzy Cycles lower Lonsdale on your way down.

U need a bike pass to get oyur bike up
well not a bike pass but a pass that says ur allowed to bring bikes, i think those are media, riders and i doubt volunters butiduno
