It's actually pretty easy.

Go to http://www.telus.net/newebspace/edit

Follow the directions from the links provided. Or just click on the "File Manager" link, enter your userid and password, and you'll be taken to the the root directory of your web space. Start uploading files, creating subdirectories, etc.

What address? The File Manager asks you for your user name and password. You must have that.
