yea.. im in that boat too man.. i dont eat pasta, bread, soda, sugar, honey, all that shit.. i consume under 20 carbs a day i want to loose..

i cook a MEAN omlet. eggs every day rules.. you just gotta keep the variations up..

hrm. eggs sound good right now....

fuck i love eggs man. so versatile. so good. grab the vegetables grab the cheese. go nuts.

im liven on eggs, bacon, sausages, salad, and alot of chicken/pork lately.

diet pop is apparently fine to have. it even says on the side "FOR CARBOHYDRATE/CALORIE REDUCED DIETS"

my friend Jenn lost 13 pounds in a week on this thing and she isnt fat at all (got a figure), just i guess gettin it all jazzed up for bikini season.

so i decided to take it up and see where it goes.

maybe now i can wear my bikinis too

just so you know.. if you feel really weak one day in the begining.. its normal.. i basically passed out as my body adjusted.. its a small price to pay i figgure

ya man that was today for me, i feel so drained. i cheated though, my mom bought me a mcchicken meal and i was STARVING. so i had to eat it. but whatever.

i was cutting the lawn and i was harsh runnin on half steam from just that. normally im running hahaha this time i was like crawling.

im downing this warm (warmer now hahaha) diet vanilla coke like there's no tommorrow.

yea.. that shit sucks..
it really hits you when it does.. but its better after that..
ive learned that you can cheat, as long as you make up for it..
late night snacks used to be lots of peanut butter, bread, leftovers.. now its chunks of feta, salmon and diet drinks.. gotta love it..
