Adding a good reason for Fromme trails...
I'm sure this is old news to many of you but in case it isn't...

I thought this had been going on but was never 100% sure - but this should be pointed out in letters to the district etc. - Grouse Mountain Resort runs tours on the NS trails on Fromme:

They also say things like "Ride the famous North Shore trails" etc. (even when they are mainly talking about riding down the dirt road on Fromme :-) Therefore the trails are famous - bring in revenue - etc. (beyond us just saying they are - or having it said in Mtn bike mags)

Perhaps Grouse could be persauded on a partial ownership of the trails (sorry - I know it'd be no longer "free" riding but I'd take "pay" riding over "no" riding the Shore trails).

Grouse Mtn Resorts already owns all of Bookwus, Upper Oil Can, Pile of Rocks, Air supply, Cirrcus and some of 7th, oil Can, Grannies, Execusioner, etc.

Should they ever ask for payment to ride it would extremely change their liability issues as per the "Occupiers Liability Act"

This is old news too.

i think i saw it on last seas on Shore map and i think i rode it but the trail dissappeared all of a sudden....

....or maybe i was to fucking dumb and got lost

anyway i like UppOil and Expresso (sp?)...am i missing something on grannies thats worthwile ??
