Nuvinci 360
Anyone tried it for aggressive riding? Supposed to cope with mtb so Im a bit curious. Power transfer is fluid to bearings so no cogs to skip under heavy power or under shifting.
They seem to have the weight shaved down a bit too, around what an Alfine weighs. Carbon shell and ceramic balls would be nice for a next gen. Oh and a not so super ugly shifter. http://www.fallbrooktech.com/cycling/n360 |

the weight is listed at 2450g, or about 2lbs more than an alfine or rohloff. no thanks.

Yeah thats crazy heavy. About 800g more than alfine.
But still, for in frame DH applications it would be nice imho. |
