Prepare yourself for the season ahead and sign up for this 3 hour session designed for the experienced beginner. The first two hours consist of a skills session. In the final hour, hone your new skills on the trails of Burnaby Mountain.

The session will focus on skills training, balance, body/bike separation, overall fitness, first aid, trail etiquette and ‘spotting the perfect line.’ Our NCCP certified coach and instructor is Sherri Sadler, an experienced rider with 7 years coaching experience. The atmosphere is fun and supportive.

Gear required – Front/Dual Suspension bike in good working order, helmet, full finger gloves, warm clothing, water, snack. Leg and arm pads are optional.

Clinic runs rain or shine.
