Wades Excellent Adventure June 2nd needs volunteers

Hello Everyone,

On behalf of Wade and organizer Mark Wood we would like to ask for your help on June 2nd for Wades Excellent Adventure. This is a fundraising event for the NSMBA with all profits going towards your North Shore trails. Please see www.nsmba.ca for a few more details.

This event has an exciting and fun filled format this year and will require volunteers to help it all run as safely and smootly as possible.

Please let me know if you are interested in joining in the fun and more information will follow shortly.

A volunteer information meeting is set for May 24th at a venue TBA. It is not 100% mandatory to attend if you are interested but will be fun and helpful!

WEA Volunteer Needs:
(Race start 1030am)
Registration - 830-10am
Parking
Shuttles-any help is needed-passenger & gear
Course Marshalls

Please let me know the time frame you are available if there are any restrictions. Of course there will be a fun wrap up after the event so keep the day free if you can! Thanks so much for your consideration and we hope you can join us.

Come out y'all and have a killer day on Fromme with us Saturday June 2! If you would like to be part of the vollie team we could always use an extra hand. If not, come out and cheer the riders on, this year's event will be spectator friendly as usual! You could always hear a new joke from Tippie on the mic, or find some spawning kokanee in the streams!
