XC Rides

Hey all,
doing my first transalps mtb race this year. Did ironman last year and have been training on the road bike mainly. Wondering if anyone is up for a longer XC ride. I usually ride with my dog but he's slowing down this year. Don't mind riding alone but know that it can sometimes not be safe. If anyone is interested please send me a email.

Cheers!!!

maybe post up what you consider to be xc - there can be a lot of variation in people's personal definition of an xc ride.
