lol NA vehicles

Looks to have hit the rear back corner of a Porsche SUV, which had little damage.

cummins is one heavy mofoin motor.
not at all uncommon for the tie rod joints to snap in parking lots too.

Dodge's front ends suck. Having to send my 3 yo pick-up in for a new front end while under warranty, is one of the reasons I got rid of it.

Maybe the suspension failure caused the accident?

Either way, the bumper/grille looks basically undamaged.

I am pretty sure if ANY vehicle of that size were to hit another vehicle there would be damage. Like others said it looks like front end part failure.

55,000 km on my Jeep Patriot's balljoints. Glad I replaced them.

wow that was alot of wear with only 55K kms.

good thing you did, popping a balljoint gets expensive. as it damages a bunch of other parts of the vehicle if its in motion at the time.

What they heck is that high pitched noise? And I thought you drove a Vibe?

There's a bit of damage near the bumper, and the Porsche's rear back corner was a bit crumpled. Looked like a smallish impact. Must've been a failure that others have mentioned. I should have took a pic from behind the front wheel of the truck - it was a mess.

Maybe the suspension failed first causing the truck to run into the Porsche?
