I somehow missed that. That being said, if everyone on this planet got their fish by single line/single fishermen (rod/reel), or spear fishing there wouldn't be an issue with bill fish disappearing. Get rid of long-line and net fishing and the oceans would be just fine in short order. It won't help the shell producing animals from the acidification of our oceans. There'd be more jobs for fishermen too.

you guys have to team up to go after the big boat Chinese drag nets..... serious.
