Frame, or seat post. Just put a reverb on my mini dh, it's a game changer for sure.

adjustable seatpost... once you have ridden with one, you'll feel lost w/out one. It makes such a difference when you're able to adjust to the optimal riding position on the fly.

Another one for adjustable seatpost! I don't think any other upgrades that I have ever had in all my years of riding have made as much of an impact for me.

can't put a price on? fitness. this is the one upgrade you have to make yourself.

I got fat and slow over winter after bashing my knee in november. was a real slap in the face at the first FVMBA race. anyway, back in the gym and back running now that my knee is feeling good. nothing can make your ride suck quite like a lack of gas in the tank.
