NBR I must apologize...
I forgot to unload a shopping bag and it happened to have the bacon in it... left it out overnight... still good? I feel really bad for the bacon...

Yer fine, there's so many preservatives in store-bought bacon and the package is closed. Just fry it all up and use it in every meal this weekend.

Bacon is a cured meat. It is smoked, salted and laced with nitrates to posion any living thing that tries to feed off of it. So cook it up and enjoy the greasy blessing that is bacon!

It's 2 kg of bacon

I put it all in the freezer as soon as I found it out there.

Amazing how the prospect of losing 4 pounds of bacon is worth so much more than $15...

I made this on thrusday to carbo load for an all night gig with an lb of bacon /lb of pasta / 4-6 eggs /garlic /parmesen cheese / an onion, just cut the whole lb up into 1/2" chunks while still frozen and fry

You can't eat that much pasta so freeze it into smaller batches which you eat sooner than later
