For anyone who rides Stupid Grouse
We were riding stupid grouse yesterday and came across a patch of freshly packed dirt, there was a guy standing right beside with a stick and it looked like he was moving a big rock, this was on the fastest part of the trail, so we figure that he may have been trying to put some tacks or somethign into the dirt cuz this patch of fresh dirt was not repairing a hole as i ride this trail often. If anybody ran into trouble on this trail PM me cuz we got the guy's liscence plate, or someone who just happened to be parked at the bottom of the upper section not near any houses.

if i was you, and i saw him, i would have stoped and questioned him, cuz it not very often you see people just standing over a fresh pile of dirt with no bike. but he could have been building a lil jump or something.
