Helicopters and Downtown Vancouver?
Hey y'al,

Does anyone know what was going on in or around Downtown Vancouver tonight? At around 6:40 pm or so we heard what had to be one or two heli's and/or the Coast Gaurd Hovercraft for around 20min or more. It sounded like they were all really close and all really busy. Any ideas?

I saw a hover craft by spanish banks and 3 heli's flying all really close together in north van today too

9/11 memorial? there was a parade this morning up hwy 99 with emergency workers.

Possibly just some rich guys checkin out how they will get around after the next round of bike lanes hit the streets.

It was two Heli-Jet medical helicopters and a different one.. the two heli-jet ones were flying in formation most of the time.

I'd bet dollars to doughnuts they were filming a commercial or somesuch.
