yakima highroller on thule bars?

Hey,

I have a yakima highroller bike rack with yakima round bars but having just changed cars to a cherokee I have an option to buy a friends thule roof rack (square bars) which fits the factory rails on the Jeep (my current yakima system requires new towers etc to be compatible).

I have seen lots of info regarding thule bike racks on yakima round bars but not the other way round.

Any help appreciated.

It will work. You just need to cut the little clips from the inside of the Yakima clamps. Rack Stop did it for me when I had that set up years ago..
